Prerequisites

Before proceeding, ensure you have an active Connect3PL account or sign up for a free trial. Additionally, access to your Xero admin account is crucial for establishing a connection with Connect3PL and Xero.

Linking Xero to Connect3PL

1. Go to the 'Integrations' section in your Connect3PL dashboard and select 'Add Integration' in the top right.

2. Locate and select the Xero Connector.

3. On the Connection Flow Settings page, leave the settings as they are for now. We'll adjust these later in the instructions.

4. Click 'Next' and then 'Connect'. Log in with your Xero credentials and follow the prompts to authenticate the connection.

Configuring Connection Flow Settings

- Orders: Choose to either pull order updates from Xero or push orders to Xero, starting from the moment the Xero Integration is activated in Connect3PL.

- Products: Opt to pull product catalog updates from Xero from the time of integration activation.

- Inventory: Enable pulling of inventory updates from Xero.

- Locations: By default, location data is set to be pulled from Xero and this setting is essential as it influences order processing.
