Does Connect3pl support product bundles and kits? 


Yes, Connect3pl supports bundling and kitting. We have customers who use Connect3pl to:


  1. - manage thousands of bundles and kits across multiple selling and fulfillment channels
  2. - provide real-time bundle and kit inventory availability based on the stock of all the individual components needed to assemble a bundle or kit
  3. - eliminate bundled product fulfillment errors by transforming bundle orders into line item components before routing for fulfillment


How does Connect3pl work with multiple 3PLs or warehouses? 


Connect3pl can support as many 3PLs, warehouses and WMSs as you need. Simply designate each warehouse as a Location in Connect3pl. Then use Connect3pl’s built in order routing to configure bespoke rules for when, and how, orders should be routed to your different Locations for fulfillment. You can split and route orders based on location, SKU, cost, inventory availability and much more. 


Can I use Connect3pl for a single connection? 


Yes! You can get started with just a single connection, like connecting Shopify to your 3PL for example. As you grow you can easily add new channels – marketplaces, wholesale or retail lines of business, other 3PLs and even an ERP – by simply installing the appropriate Connector.

Adding more, or swapping out, Connectors in Connect3pl is extremely quick and requires no coding or IT support. Once you connect an application with Connect3pl, it can share data with all of your other connected applications so you’ll never have to rip-and-replace tools or reconfigure data maps between systems again.

Can I connect Connect3pl to my custom applications, ERP or order management system?

Yes, you can connect Connect3pl to your custom software by using the Connect3pl API to build a connector for your software, or by using our file transfer service to create CSV files that can easily be inputted into your application. Connecting custom software to Connect3pl enables your custom applications to effortlessly communicate with every other Connect3pl Connector.

How does Connect3pl work with B2B/wholesale selling channels? 

Connect3pl can seamlessly integrate your B2B/wholesale marketplaces into the rest of your ecommerce operation, including your fulfillment warehouses, so you can keep inventory levels in sync across your entire business and manage both your DTC and B2B order flows in one centralized solution. 

Does Connect3pl need to be my central system of record? 


No, with Connect3pl the choice is yours

If you’re a multi-channel merchant, Connect3pl can act as your system of record by synchronizing orders, fulfillments, inventory, and products across all your channels in real-time.

If your business uses an ERP, you will want that to be your system of record, with Connect3pl connecting your commerce applications to your ERP so transactions flow into and/or out of your ERP in real-time.

If your business doesn’t use an ERP, you may want to have your ecommerce store (like Shopify or Woocommerce) be the system of record for your product catalog and inventory, and have Connect3pl sync changes into and out of there.
